A note from the owner

When you call, we pick a time that works for you and I come out myself. We walk the whole house together, I answer every question, and you get a written estimate before I leave. I ask that you be home for it, so nothing you care about gets missed.

We’re a small family company, not a franchise. I’m on every residential job with my own crew, from the first wash to the final walk-through, because the work has my name on it.

You can make up your own mind. If the price or anything else doesn’t sit right, there’s no pressure to sign, and nobody will chase you with sales calls after.

What homeowners ask Dale

Straight answers, in his words.

No. Every estimate is free.

No. You get a written estimate and our number. If the price works, call us. If it doesn’t, that’s fine too, and you won’t hear from us again unless you ask.

Usually 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the house and how many questions you have.

Most jobs start within one to two weeks, and we plan around your schedule.

Mostly by square footage and how hard the job is. Tall two-story walls, lots of trim or heavy repairs take longer, so they cost more than a simple one-story repaint.

Yes. Ask, and we’ll put you in touch with recent customers near you.

We cover the ground, scrape off everything loose, sand the edges smooth and wash the house. Damaged spots get an elastomeric patch, then primer, then paint.

Rarely. Clean water at the right pressure does the job on most homes, and leftover cleaner can stop new paint from bonding. Washing also takes off the chalky film that old paint leaves behind.

Getting your colors approved

Most Valley subdivisions have an HOA, and it signs off on exterior colors before anyone repaints. Most keep a list of approved schemes, and some let you submit your own. Call yours early and ask what they need and how long approval usually takes, so the start date doesn’t slip.
